Brazilian Butt Lift is an innovative procedure designed to specifically enhance the contour of the buttocks with the patient’s own viable fat. WHAT IS A BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT?
The buttocks are reshaped by adding volume to appear fuller and more appealing. The procedure begins with Vaser® liposuction to remove fat cells from the waistline for transfer. Vaser® liposuction and other liposculpture techniques are used by plastic surgeons around the country to achieve butt lifts and other cosmetic surgeries. Vaser® liposuction uses sound energy to address unwanted fat to then be removed. During this liposculpture procedure, several hundred to over 5000 cubic centimeters may be removed, depending on the available fatty tissue, and how much augmentation you require.
The specific areas targeted for fat removal in liposculpture are generally the waist, lower back and thighs.

THE EXPERIENCE
This procedure can take anywhere from one to several hours to complete. Afterwards, patients will wear special compression garments to assist skin form smoothly to the body’s new contours. After a short period of rest, usually 12 hours, it is recommended to avoid strenuous activity for 2-3 weeks.
